Please note:

  • Exhibitors who are also workshop presenters are responsible for exhibitor booth fee only, not exhibitor fee plus presenter fee, but they still must follow all of the presenters' guidelines in confirming the presentation day and time.
  • Exhibitors registering after 4/30/18 will not be listed in the conference booklet, on the incentive card, or have an identification sign for their booth at the conference.
  • $50 Processing fee for cancellations. No cancellations/refunds after April 30, 2018.

Reservation for ads:
  • Ads must be received by April 30,2018.
  • Ads MUST BE in PDF format and a minimum of 300 DPI
