Poster Presenter’s Confirmation/Registration
for Spring Submissions
Spring Conference 2025, May 20, 21 & 22
Please read ALL of the instructions below.
As an accepted presenter you now have TWO steps to complete the process:
- Confirming the date of your presentation (must be done by March 15)
- Registering and paying by March 28 (After this date, the late fee is included in the payment price.)
Important information for everyone:
- There is a $275 registration for the day you are presenting, additional days are discounted.
- Presenter registration & payment must be RECEIVED BY March 28. (After that a late fee of $40 will be imposed.)
- Lunch is a gift of the organization and not included in the registration cost.
- Once you register & pay as a presenter there is no refund of this fee.
- A $25 fee will be charged for changes in payment type.
- If presenting one day and attending another day, the second day and third day will be at a discounted registration rate.
- There will be no on-site registration for additional days.
- Splitting a two-or three-day registration is not permitted.
- Email confirmations will be sent to all registrants who provide an accurate email address.
- NO fax or e-mail registrations will be accepted.
INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1 – CONFIRM by March 15th
- Fill in the Presenters’ Confirmation/Registration form using the link below, and then click submit. By doing so, you are confirming your date of presentation and spelling of your name & affiliate listed in your confirmation letter.
- Decide on your Payment Option:
STEP 2 – REGISTER by making payment:
4 Choices: Fill out the form below AND
- PAY ONLINE with a credit card or PayPal account.
- Print the poster printable registration form to upload with an approved purchase order using the spring conference upload form: Spring Conference Purchase Order Upload Form
- Print the poster printable registration form to MAIL IN with a check to the address below:
- Print the poster printable registration form to MAIL IN with an approved/signed PO to the address below:

If your school is paying for your presenter and/or conference fees, but not the Awards Reception you may pay for that separately online or by check.
After you fill out the form and click “Submit”, you will be taken to the Poster Presenter Registration & Payment Page where you can choose to:
- Log In and pay with your PayPal account, Debit or Credit Card
- Print the printable forms to mail in with a check, PO.
- Print the printable forms to upload with the spring conference upload link
