- Participate in the hotlist – an e-mail discussion list through which members can read about employment opportunities, workshop and conference announcements, questions about state laws and standards, advice, best practices, material searches, testing questions, and advocacy.
- Weekly Voices, an email communication to keep you informed of timely changes and updates, announce programs and deadlines, and relate priority information. This newsletter is sent just once a week, and you will be able to opt-out at any time.
Annual Voices focuses on the dissemination of best practices in the field of bilingual, dual language, and ESL education.
3 Types of Membership:
- A one year NJTESOL/NJBE membership is now a gift of the organization to all PAID attendees of our Annual Spring Conference.
Yearly membership will start when the conference registration form & payment (personal check, approved & signed purchase order or online payment) is received & processed. If you are already a current member, your membership will be extended for one year from your date of expiration. Use the Spring Conference Registration Form. - Paying separately for just for membership – Cost: $35 – one year, $59 – two years, Retiree rate (Documentation is required): $20 – one year, $35 – two years.
If you are not able to attend the upcoming Spring Conference or need to renew/join now there are three ways you can pay for membership: (Links listed below)
By Mail – For those paying by check – Use the Printable Registration Form and mail it together with the check.
By Purchase Order – Use the Printable Registration Form and mail it together with a approved purchase order OR upload the PO and registration form(s) using the link below. (PO’s and forms will not be accepted by email or fax.)
On-Line – For those paying with a credit card or PayPal account. - Faculty Recommended Free One Year NJTESOL/NJBE Membership for Current College Students! – NJTESOL/NJBE is offering a free, one-year student membership. Eligible students must be either full or part-time students, who have never been a NJTESOL/NJBE member in the past and must be recommended by one of their professors. Professors must submit the forms.
