Spring Conference 2026

In-Person, May 19, 20 & 21 OR Video Library (May 27 through August 20)

Please read ALL of the instructions below.

As an accepted presenter you now have TWO or THREE steps to complete the process:

1. Confirming your type of presentation & date of your presentation (must be done by January  5, 2026)
2. Registering and paying by March 1, 2026 (After this date, the late fee of $40 is to be included in the payment price.)
3. Video Library presenters must provide recorded workshop by March 27, 2026.

Important information for everyone:

The presenter registration fees for workshops, panels & poster sessions are as follows:

Rates for in-person presenters (who may also be a video library presenter)	Rates for presenters who are submitting a video(s) and NOT presenting in-person

All presenters will have access to the Video Library.  Discounted presenter’s fees are for those listed on the initial Call For Workshop proposal.  Discounted presenter’s fee are for: Only up to two presenters per workshop, Only up to two presenters per panel, One presenter per poster session.

• Each presenter in a group presentation must confirm separately by January 5th and register/pay separately by March 1st.
• If you are presenting more than one workshop, you must confirm each one.
• Presenter registration & payment must be RECEIVED BY March 1, 2026. (After that a late fee of $40 will be imposed, and you risk the chance of your workshop being dropped from the conference. )
• A one year NJTESOL/NJBE  membership is a gift of the organization to all PAID conference presenters.  The year membership will start when your registrations is paid for and processed.  If you are already a member, your membership will be extended for one year from your current date of expiration.
• Once you register & pay as a presenter there is no refund of this fee.
• A $25 fee will be charged for changes in payment type.
• Splitting a registration is not permitted. Each presenter will be required to use their personalized log-in code that will be supplied by NJTESOL/NJBE just prior to the conference to view the Video Library.
• Email confirmations will be sent to all presenters who provide an accurate email address.
• NO fax or email registrations/purchase orders will be accepted.
• If you are no longer able to present please contact our conference coordinator at conference-coordinator@njtesol-njbe.org.
• Please remember as an accepted presenter you may not present on behalf of an exhibitor/company, as a consultant, a representative or consultant for an exhibitor/company, or in conjunction with an exhibitor/company. (Unless you are presenting for Diamond, Platinum or Gold Sponsor)

INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1 – CONFIRM by January 5, 2026. You will need the information from your acceptance letter.

Fill in the Presenters’ Confirmation below.
By doing so, you are confirming your type of presentation, date of presentation, spelling of your name & affiliate listed in your confirmation letter. Your proposal number(s) is listed in your acceptance letter(s).

STEP 2 – REGISTER by making payment by March 1st:

    • UPLOAD the 2026_presenters_printable_registration_form (2) with a board approved & signed Purchase Order and/or voucher using the following link: (Must be received by March 1, 2026)

      (Must be received by March 1, 2026).

If you are an NJTESOL/NJBE Invited Guest or volunteer, continue with the registration step #2.  There will be a choice for you to register without payment.

STEP 3 – Video Library Presenters must submit your pre-recorded presentation by March 27.

Follow the recording guidelines and procedures to record your 30 to 45 minute presentation. It must be uploaded by March 27, 2026.

By submitting your confirmation form you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the presenters guidelines, Spring Conference Standard Operating Procedures & Code of Conduct.
