NJTESOL/NJBE Virtual Spring Conference 2021 – May 25, 26 & 27
Dear Exhibitor:
On behalf of NJTESOL/NJBE, it is my great pleasure to invite you to our first virtual Spring Conference. NJTESOL/NJBE is a non-profit organization for educators in the field of English as a Second Language and Bilingual Education. Our ANNUAL SPRING CONFERENCE will take place virtually on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, May 25, 26 and 27, 2021.
We have chosen an outstanding professional platform and host that will highlight our virtual booths, workshops and keynote presentations with incredible graphics and technology. We are proud of the capabilities of the technology that will be employed to create individual booths. The exhibit area can be visited by participants throughout the day as well as a dedicated hour during lunch for exhibitors to show their material and chat with members.
Included in your general exhibitor package will be a booth, and your logo on the landing page for exhibitors and sponsors that connects with your individual booths. The booths have the ability to show a video highlighting your product, as well as your representatives and their contact information. You will have the ability to “chat” and schedule individual times to “visit” with attendees, as well as collect their contact information.
Your booth includes all 3 days at our virtual conference, plus assistance for set-up, and still we have maintained the price of $399 for early reservations through 3/5/21. After March 5, the price becomes $449. Late reservations after 4/22/21 will be charged $649. Due to the time needed by the technology team to set up your booth virtually, we will not be able to accept reservations after 4/30/21.
It is to your advantage to submit the payment and reservation form well in advance of the April 30, 2021 FINAL DUE DATE. Reservations will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment in full.

Sponsorship opportunities for exhibitors are available for our NJTESOL/NJBE 2021 virtual Spring Conference. Important Notes:
- $50 Processing fee for cancellations. No cancellations/refunds after April 22, 2021.
- As a general exhibitor – if one of your allotted booth representatives is also presenting a workshop, he or she does not have to pay the presenters’ fee, however must still follow all of the presenter’s guidelines in confirming the presentation day and time. Please remember any representative must focus on academic interests related to the conference theme and not promote your products. Advertisement Fees for our Voices newsletter:
You have the opportunity to place an ad in our annual Voices publication which is shared with all our members in February. You also have the opportunity to place a banner ad in our Weekly Voices email. Please contact Gwen Franks, business-admin@njtesol-njbe.org
All ads must be .JPG or .PNG format and minimum of 300 DPI.
