NJTESOL/NJBE 2020 Spring Conference
The form below is for those who are paying using a credit card or PayPal account only.
After you fill out the form and click “Submit”, you will be taken to the PayPal page where you can choose to:
- Log In and pay with your PayPal account
- Pay with Debit or Credit Card
- Cancel and return to NJTESOL/NJBE (if you made a mistake)
After you pay, you will get an e-mail receipt from PayPal. This is the confirmation of your reservation. Please keep the e-mail from PayPal for your records.
Please note:
- Exhibitors registering after 4/24/20 will not be listed in the conference booklet, on the incentive card, or have an identification sign for their booth at the conference.
- $50 Processing fee for cancellations. No cancellations/refunds after April 24, 2020.
- If one of your allotted representatives manning your booth is also an accepted workshop presenter you are responsible for exhibitor booth fee only, not exhibitor fee plus presenter fee, however they still must follow all of the presenters’ guidelines in confirming the presentation day and time. Please remember any exhibitor representative must focus on academic interests related to the conference theme and not promote your products. - No additional floor space will be available due to the size of the facility.
Reservation for ads:
Ads must be received by April 24, 2020.
Ads MUST BE in black & white in PDF format and a minimum of 300 DPI and emailed to gfranks@njtesol-njbe.org
In addition, we can customize your sponsorship to meet your marketing objectives. For example, other opportunities include your sponsorship of a keynote, etc.
