Spring Conference 2026 has two components:
In-Person at the Hyatt Regency Hotel (May 19, 20, & 21 – Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)
& Video Library (May 27 through August 20)
Sponsorship is available at 4 levels
- All Sponsorship Booths are for three days at the Hyatt
- Sponsorship packages include booth fee & ad fee plus other great incentives.
- Reservations forms, ads, and payment for sponsorship must be RECEIVED BY March 27, 2026.

The following are perks for all levels of sponsors:
- Single & Double Booth – up to 2 reps per day. If you wish additional representatives there is a $125.00 per person, per day fee. Maximum of 3 representatives per day for each single booth. Maximum of 4 representatives per day for each double booth.
- Names of your representatives are due by the conference registration close date, April 24th.EACH REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE REQUIRED TO CHECK IN and WEAR NAME BADGE PROVIDED by NJTESOL/NJBE. If there are to be different representatives at your booth than those registered, you must notify our exhibitor liaison before the start of the conference for approval.
NOTE: Representatives are to attend the full day, splitting of representative registration during a day is not permitted.*$110 fee for any change to registration, including representative names after 4/24/2026.

*All ads are due by March 27, 2026. Ads in Weekly Voices will run from June 2026 through May 2027. They will be in the Annual Voices in February, 2027.
