2025 Spring Conference Attendee Registration
Please read ALL of the information below.
There are three ways to register & pay as an attendee (PO, Check or Credit Card/PayPal):
- Pay with a Board Approved Purchase Order: If paying with a purchase order – Start this process now. It is each attendee’s responsibility to notify your district of the deadlines, fees & guidelines. The board approved/signed PO must reflect the proper rate when submitting to NJTESOL/NJBE. It is also your responsibility to follow up with your district so that your registration form and board approved/signed PO are submitted TOGETHER and meet the received by deadlines.
We DO NOT accept them by email.
You have 2 options to choose from once you fill out the 2025 Spring Conf Attendee Printable Reg Form.
Choose one: upload or mail.- Use the Spring Conference Purchase Order Upload Form to upload the board approved PO (and voucher if required) plus the registration form(s). One PO and accompanying registration form(s) per upload. If using more than one PO, each board approved PO must be uploaded separately. Please remember that POs and registration forms are NOT accepted by fax or email. OR
- Mail in the form and board approved/signed PO to the address on the form to:

- Pay with a Check: You will need to use the 2025 Spring Conf Attendee Printable Reg Form and mail it with a check to:

- Pay with a credit card or PayPal account: You will need to use the Spring Conference Attendee Credit Card/PayPal Online Payment Registration Form. The online form is ONLY for those paying by credit card or PayPal.
