Poster Presenter’s Registration
Spring Conference 2025 – May 20, 21, & 22
Please read ALL of the instructions below.
INSTRUCTIONS: Your last step is submit your registration along with payment. This must be completed by March 28, 2025.
Decide on your Payment Option:
3 Ways to Register & Pay: Purchase Order, Check OR On-line with a credit card/PayPal account.
1. Register & Pay with a Purchase Order
You now have 2 options to choose from if paying with a purchase order once you fill out the printable form.
Choose one: mail OR upload.

- Mail in the registration form and approved/signed PO and/or voucher to the address on the registration form. OR
- NEW! Use the Spring Conference Purchase Order Upload Form link to UPLOAD the PO/voucher and registration form(s).
Please inform your district office about this new link.
One PO and accompanying registration form(s) per upload.
If using more than one PO, each PO and/or voucher and accompanying form(s) must be uploaded separately. - Start this process now. It is each presenter’s responsibility to notify your district of the deadline & late fees. It is also your responsibility to follow up with your district so that your registration form and approved & signed PO are submitted TOGETHER.
- POs and registration forms are NOT accepted by fax or email.
- Either upload or mail. Do not do both. Duplications will cause a delay in processing.
- 2025 poster presenter printable reg form.
2. Register and Pay with a Check: Personal check or district check.
You will need to use the printable registration form and mail it with a check to:

3. Register and Pay with a credit card or PayPal account:
You will need to have your credit card or PayPal information ready when you fill out the online form. This form is ONLY for those paying by credit card or PayPal OR if payment is not required because you are an invited speaker or volunteer.
