New Jersey Bilingual Educators
For more than 57 years, NJTESOL/NJBE has brought together educators committed to supporting multilingual learners across New Jersey. Today, the organization connects more than 1,400 members through 15 Chapters and 12 Special Interest Groups, creating a statewide network of educators who learn from one another, share expertise, and strengthen the field together.
NJTESOL/NJBE membership connects educators across New Jersey with professional learning, publications, resources, and a statewide professional community. Members can participate in conferences and workshops, stay informed through VOICES Journal and Weekly VOICES, and build relationships with educators who share a commitment to multilingual learners.
Members also have access to the Hotlist, NJTESOL/NJBE’s email discussion list. Through the Hotlist, members can read and share employment opportunities, workshop and conference announcements, questions about state laws and standards, advice, best practices, material searches, testing questions, advocacy information, and other timely topics affecting multilingual educators.
