You can easily register for your booth and pay online. Exhibitor space is limited, exhibit booths and locations are only considered reserved once a completed registration form and payment are received by NJTESOL/NJBE.

**General Exhibitors – When submitting a registration form and payment you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the guidelines listed above and to the Spring Conference Standard Operating Procedures & Code of Conduct.

1. Exhibitor space in the Exhibitor Hall is limited. “First come/first served” will be strictly observed by the date both the registration form and payments are received.
2. **Exhibitors registering after 3/26/27 will not be listed on the vendor BINGO card.
3. $50 Processing fee for cancellations. No cancellations/refunds after 3/26/2027.
4. $110 fee for any change to registration, including representative names after 4/23/2027.

• Booth set up is Monday, May 24, 2027 after 3:30 pm-the day before the Conference begins.
• Your booth must be set up and manned from 7:30 a.m. to approximately 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday and until 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
• Representatives are to attend the full day, splitting of a representative registration during a day is not permitted. Breakfast and lunch buffets are available for representatives.

Sponsor and General Exhibitor Representatives are not permitted to attend workshops.

EACH REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE REQUIRED TO CHECK IN and WEAR THE NAME BADGE PROVIDED by NJTESOL/NJBE.

If you intend to have different representatives at your booth than those on the registration form, please contact our exhibitor liaison (exhibitor-liaison@njtesol-njbe.org) for approval by April 23rd.
