We would like to invite you to be a sponsor at our NJTESOL/NJBE Annual Spring Conference on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday – May 25, 26, & 27 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, New Brunswick, NJ. NJTESOL/NJBE is a non-profit organization run by educators in the field of English as a Second Language and Bilingual Education. Our spring conference reaches over 650 teachers and administrators each day of the conference.

Participants can visit the sponsors and exhibitors throughout the day. For this, conference attendees will receive professional development via the Vendor Bingo Card.

Ready to reserve your booth?

You can easily register for your booth and pay online. Sponsor space in the Atrium Hall is limited, booths are only considered reserved once a completed reservation form and payment are received by NJTESOL/NJBE. All sponsorship booths are for three days at the Hyatt.

**Sponsors – When submitting a registration form and payment you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the guidelines listed above and to the Spring Conference Standard Operating Procedures & Code of Conduct.

Important Notes:

Sponsor space in the Atrium is limited. “First come/first served” will be strictly observed by the date both the registration form and payments are received. Sponsorship registration is open until April 23, 2027, or until Atrium is filled to capacity by sponsors.
**Sponsors registering after 3/26/27 will not be listed on the Vendor BINGO Card.
$50 Processing fee for cancellations. No cancellations/refunds after 3/26/2027.
$110 fee for any change to registration, including representative names after 4/23/2027.

At the Conference:

Sponsor and General Exhibitor Representatives are not permitted to attend workshops.

EACH REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE REQUIRED TO CHECK IN and WEAR THE NAME BADGE PROVIDED by NJTESOL/NJBE.

If your sponsorship level (Diamond & Platinum) includes an in-person workshop, your presenter(s) are counted as one (or two) of your two representatives.

Representatives are to attend the full day, splitting of representative registration during a day is not permitted. If you intend to have different representatives at your booth than those on the registration form, please contact our exhibitor liaison
