Present at the Spring Conference

Share your knowledge, experience, and effective practices with educators, researchers, and professionals committed to supporting multilingual learners in-person at the Hyatt on May 25, 26, & 27 and/or by submitting a pre-recorded presentation for the Video Library. Explore the proposal timeline and important requirements for presenters below.

PROPOSAL FORMATS
Ways to Present
Choose the proposal type that best fits your session – in person and/or video library.
Presentation
A participatory workshop or demonstration of research or best practices presented by one or two presenters.
Panel
A session with a dynamic conversational exchange among three to five panelists who have collaborated on the topic being discussed.
Poster Session
A drop-in session sharing research or best practices that is presented by one presenter using a self-standing poster board that summarizes the information.

ACCEPTED PRESENTERS
What Happens Next?
Once your proposal is accepted, there are a few important steps you must complete to confirm your participation in the Spring Conference.

Confirm Your Participation
Accepted presenters must confirm by January 4, 2027 that they still wish to present and agree to the presentation day assigned by the conference committee.
Register & Pay
All presenters must complete presenter registration and submit payment by March 1, 2027.
Prepare for the Conference
Additional presenter instructions, presentation guidelines, and conference information will be shared with accepted presenters as the conference approaches.
