2027 SPRING CONFERENCE

Attendee Conference Registration

The Spring Conference has two components to choose from:

In-Person: Join us in person on May 25–27, 2027, at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Register to attend one, two, or all three conference days and take part in keynote presentations, workshops, updates on state and national initiatives, and opportunities to connect with sponsors and exhibitors.

Video Library: Access to pre-recorded sessions will be available from June 2 through August 20, 2027.

Paid conference registration also includes a complimentary one-year NJTESOL/NJBE membership and opportunities to earn professional development hours.

Pay Online by Credit Card or PayPal

After you complete the registration form and click Continue, you will be taken to the payment page, where you may:

Log in and pay with your PayPal account.
Pay with a debit or credit card.
Cancel and return to NJTESOL/NJBE if you need to correct your registration.

After payment is submitted, you will receive an email receipt from PayPal. Please keep this email for your records as confirmation of your payment.

Use the registration form below only if you are paying your registration fee by credit card or PayPal.

If your registration will be paid by check or a signed, board-approved purchase order, do not use this form. To pay by check, use the 2027 Spring Conference Attendee Printable Registration Form.

For purchase orders, fill out the 2027 Spring Conference Attendee Printable Registration Form for each attendee and submit using the Purchase Order Upload Link.

Important Registration Policies

Registration Requirements

Registration is not available on-site.
Please choose your registration type carefully, as registration types cannot be changed after registration has been submitted.
Registrations cannot be split between registration types or attendees. You must attend on the day(s) you are registered for.
Virtual library registrants will be required to use their personalized log-in that will be supplied by NJTESOL/NJBE just prior to the conference. You may not share your login code.
In-person attendees will be required to present photo identification when checking in each conference day.
Purchase orders and registration forms cannot be accepted by email. Please use the designated Spring Conference purchase order upload process when submitting a board-approved purchase order.
Registration forms and payment must be submitted together. A registration cannot be processed or used to reserve a space unless it is accompanied by payment by check or an approved, board-signed purchase order. Requisitions, pending approvals, and purchase order numbers alone cannot be accepted as payment.

Cancellations & Fees

A $40 cancellation-processing fee applies to approved cancellations.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to business-admin@njtesol-njbe.org by April 23, 2027.
Cancellations and refunds cannot be processed after April 23, 2027.
A $25 fee applies to changes in payment processing.
Registration closes on April 23, 2027, unless conference capacity is reached before that date.

Registration Confirmation & Email

NJTESOL/NJBE will send a registration confirmation by email after your registration has been processed. Please provide an accurate and legible email address when registering and watch for this confirmation.
Some school district email systems may block messages from outside organizations. If you do not receive your NJTESOL/NJBE confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder and contact business-admin@njtesol-njbe.org to verify your registration status. Please contact us before the registration deadline if you have not received confirmation.

Conference Inclusions

A complimentary one-year NJTESOL/NJBE membership is provided to paid conference attendees. Current members will have their membership extended for one year from their existing expiration date.
Continental breakfast and lunch are provided as a gift of the organization and are not included in the registration cost.

Conference Schedule & Whova

Shortly before the conference, registered attendees will receive an email invitation to Whova, the conference platform. The invitation will include information about accessing the platform, setting up your profile, reviewing the conference schedule, and planning the presentations you would like to attend.

Code of Conduct

By submitting a Spring Conference registration form, attendees acknowledge and agree to follow the NJTESOL/NJBE Code of Conduct.
